To do this participating in the guarantee scheme will have the Health & Safety Guarantee shield displayed this means we will be adhering to a minimum of the following health and safety guidelines we have set out to keep you safe at Secret Valley.

Book now with confidence, knowing you will not lose your money if lockdown continues or restarts in the future. If your booking falls in a lockdown period we will give you the choice of moving the date of your stay or give you a refund.

• Contactless arrival and departure.

• 6 metres between each cabin (door to door).

• Cabin deep clean between every visit.

  • Mattresses washed and disinfected.

  • Indoor and outdoor area cleaned and disinfected.

• Physical distancing reminders around site.

• Hand gel points around site.

• Communal facilities will be subject to physical distancing measures. These include the kitchen, showers and toilets facilities.
